gefolgt
ist,
hat
die
Rechtsmittelführerin
deutlich
gezeigt,
dass
sie
implizit
die
ursprüngliche
Rechtsmittelschrift
zurücknehmen
wollte,
um
sie
durch
eine
neue
Fassung
der
Rechtsmittelschrift
zu
ersetzen,
die
wiederum
in
der
Rechtsmittelfrist
des
Artikels
49
Absatz
1
der
EGKS-Satzung
des
Gerichtshofes
eingereicht
worden
ist.

Procedure
of
the
Court
of
Justice,
no
new
plea
in
law
may
be
introduced
in
the
course
of
the
proceedings
unless
it
is
based
on
matters
of
law
or
of
fact
which
come
to
light
in
the
course
of
the
procedure.
