Say thou: what bethink ye of your associate-gods upon which ye call besides Allah?
Sprich: "Habt ihr die Götter gesehen die ihr statt Allah anruft?

Bethink they not that Allah Who created the heavens and the earth and was not fatigued with the creation thereof, is able to quicken the dead?
Haben sie nicht gesehen, daß Allah, Der die Himmel und die Erde erschuf und bei ihrer Erschaffung nicht müde wurde, auch vermag, die Toten lebendig zu machen?

Say thou: bethink ye, if Allah made day continuous for you till the Day of Resurrection, what god is there beside Allah, who would bring you night wherein ye have repose?
Sag: Was meint ihr, wenn Allah auf euch den Tag als Dauerzustand legen würde bis zum Tag der Auferstehung, wer wäre (dann) Gott außer Allah, Der euch eine Nacht bringen würde, in der ihr ruht?

Say thou: bethink ye: if it is from Allah while ye disbelieve therein and a witness from the Children of Isra'il beareth witness to the like thereof and believeth, while ye are still stiff necked, then who is further astray than you?

And (bethink you of) the day when we raise up of every nation a witness, then there is no leave for disbelievers, nor are they allowed to make amends.
Und (erinnere an) den Tag, wenn WIR aus jeder Umma einen Zeugen erwecken, dann wird denjenigen, die Kufr betrieben haben, weder erlaubt (sich zu entschuldigen), noch werden sie zufrieden gestellt.

And (bethink you of) the day when We raise in every nation a witness against them of their own folk, and We bring thee (Muhammad) as a witness against these.
Und (erinnere an) den Tag, wenn WIR aus jeder Umma einen Zeugen gegen sie erwecken - von ihnen selber, und dich als Zeugen gegen diese bringen.
