believe
that
they
could
be
a
very
useful
tool,
but
there
are
also
funds
in
place
in
Europe
at
the
moment
-
I
am
thinking
of
the
Marguerite
Fund
and
of
the
work
of
the
deposit
and
consignment
offices
that
have
taken
initiatives
across
borders
-
and
I
therefore
wanted
to
argue
for
greater
long-term
investment
and
monitoring
that
are
suitable
for
what
we
are
trying
to
achieve
together.
Meiner
Ansicht
nach
könnten
sie
ein
sehr
nützliches
Instrument
sein,
aber
in
Europa
sind
derzeit
auch
Fonds
platziert
-
ich
denke
da
an
den
Fonds
"Marguerite"
und
an
die
Arbeit
der
Depositen-
und
Konsignationskassen,
die
über
die
Grenzen
hinweg
Initiativen
ergriffen
haben
-
und
daher
plädiere

für
mehr
langfristige
Investitionen
