regulated
segment
of
the
market,
the
public
utility
wholesaler
(MOL
WMT)
is

an
obligation
by
law
to
cover
the
full
natural
gas
demand
for
public
utility
purposes
of

RDCs,

obligation
to
source
their

gas
needs
for
their

customers
exclusively
from
