approved

NATO
military
intervention
in
Yugoslavia
once
it
had
already
begun.

is
clear
that
the
underlying
reasons
for
NATO's
intervention
are
the
Milosevic
Government's
constant
suppression
of
the
Kosovar
Albanian
population,
after
having
taken
away
Kosovo's
autonomy,
its
disregard
for
human
rights
and
its
refusal
to
commit
to
an
agreement
in
Rambouillet.
