während
der
Dauer
dieses
Vertrages
überlassen
werden

Adler-Softwareprodukt

genannt).

program,
the
user
documentation
and
operating
manual,
the
hardware
dongle,
the
accompanying
documentation,
and
other
associated
media,
documentation,
and
material
in
paper
or
electronic
form
as
well
as
all
new
editions
or
supplements
in
paper
or
electronic
form,
which
DA
licenses
to
the
Licensee
for
the
term
of
this
Agreement
(hereinafter
correctively
referred
to
as
"Dürkopp
Adler
software
package
")
according
to
the
following
provisions.

Foren

der
Lizenzgeber
nachvollziehen
kann,
ob
die
Software
ordnungsgemäß
erworben
wurde
und
genutzt
wird.
