believe
that
that

very
serious
state
of
affairs,

made
worse
by

no
industry
—
most
of
the
concessions
granted
related
to
industry
and
only

few
to

depressing

für
die
Industrie
und
nicht
so
sehr
für
die
Landwirtschaft
eingeräumt
wurden,
während
die
Entwicklungsländer
ja
vor
allem
Erleichterungen
für
ihre
Landwirtschaft
fordern,
so
daß
—
ich
wiederhole
—
die
Ergebnisse
absolut
deprimierend
sind.
