appropriation
is
intended
to
cover
expenditure
on
duty
travel
by
staff
of
the
institution,
seconded
national
experts
and
trainees
between
place
of
employment
and
any
of
the
European
Parliament’s
three
places
of
work
(Brussels,
Luxembourg
and
Strasbourg)
and
on
missions
to
any
location
other
than
the
three
places
of
work.
