Accordingly,
the
Commission
is
of
the
view
that
its
redetermination
satisfies
the
non-attribution
requirement
under
Article
8(7)
of
the
basic
Regulation
(which
generally
corresponds
to
Article
15.5
of
the
SCM
Agreement)
in
respect
of
demand
growth
by
showing
that,
during
the
period
under
consideration,
trends
in
demand
growth
were
independent
from
trends
in
the
sales
prices
of
the
Community
industry.
